Kāhui Rangatahi - Student Support Services

Kāhui Rangatahi offers comprehensive support to students at Rototuna High School(s) through a dedicated team of eight professionals. This team includes an attendance officer, a wellbeing administrator, two nurses, three counsellors, and a physiotherapist.

Students experiencing health concerns can meet with one of the school nurses, who are available to provide care and guidance on a range of issues, including asthma, diabetes, first aid, sexual health, and injuries. For emotional or psychological challenges, students can see one of our experienced counsellors. The guidance counsellors are equipped to support students navigating issues such as grief, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties.
