Pastoral Care
At Rototuna Senior High School, we are committed to helping our international students succeed and feel welcome. We understand that adjusting to life in a new country can be challenging, and we are here to support both their academic journey and personal well-being.
From the moment an international student arrives, we provide personalised support to help them feel comfortable in their new school. Each student is assigned an advisor who will guide and support them throughout their time at Rototuna Senior High School. Our International Student Director is also available to assist with any questions or concerns, ensuring continuous support for both the student and their family.
To give you peace of mind, we offer a 24/7 emergency contact service, so you can reach us at any time if needed.

International Student Director
Nau Mai Haere Mai,
As the International Student Director, my role is to support you throughout your time at our school. I will be your main contact for any questions or concerns, and I will work closely with you and your advisor to help ensure you have a successful and enjoyable experience. On your first day, you will attend a student orientation, and we will also have regular check-ins to see how you're settling in. If you need additional support with English, we will place you in one of our Specialist English Language (SEL) classes. I’m excited to meet you and look forward to supporting you during your time in our school.

- We are currently accepting applications from students enrolling for 2 terms (1 semester) or longer
- We do not accept enrolment applications from international students in homestay situations.
