We are operating as a cashless school with the following methods being available to pay school donations, EOTC (e.g. camps and outings offsite), course expenses and other school activity fees. Notices will be sent by staff members (mainly teachers) when required for school payments, with parents being able to view their statement of account at anytime through KINDO.
Our Senior High School is under the Donation Scheme so we will not be asking for donations or voluntary payments. This includes daytime EOTC trips.

RHS Debt Collection Policy and Procedures
Our accounts are protected and enforced by Central Collections Limited
Please note: For all overdue fees from the previous year, if an account remains unpaid 7 days after the third and final reminder has been sent, the account may be referred to our debt collection agency and we may charge a minimum default fee of 25% of the unpaid portion to cover the cost of recovery.
The account may also be recorded on a credit information database held by a credit reporting agency.
Please also note that the charges relating to the above are only for our compulsory charges eg sport, lost or unreturned library books or school resources, broken or lost devices, damaged school items.
