Competition Season 2026:
TERM 1
Seniors Years 11 to 13 - Term 1 2026
Monday or Wednesday. Starting 16th February
Venues:
- Te Rapa Pool between 6:00pm and 8:55pm on Monday and Wednesday; and
- St Peters School between 7pm and 9pm on Monday Nights (to be confirmed).
**please note that we do accept registrations from confident yr 9 and 10 students for this grade**
Intermediate: Yrs 7 and 8 - Term 1 2026
Sundays -dates TBA
Venues: Waterworld, Te Rapa / St Peter’s School, Cambridge
TERM 4
Juniors: Years 9 and 10 - Term 4 2026
Games played on Monday and / or Wednesday evenings - dates TBA

Coaches:
We rely on volunteers to coach our sports teams. We are very lucky to have a number of parents who volunteer to fill these roles, and we'd love to hear from you if you are keen on helping our teams. Please indicate on the registration form if you are happy to do this.
Team Finalisations
Teams will be announced via email, and then Team Reach/Heja groups set up for each team.
Practice Times and Venue:
Friday mornings 6am - 7am. Waterworld Te Rapa.
Term 1 trainings start on 13th Feb
Tournaments 2026:
Please note that RHS are not confirmed as going to these tournaments. More information will come out if we are able to go.
North Island SS Junior Water Polo Cup - Auckland - 19-22 November 2026. Yrs 9-10.
**Please note that if you child is selected in this team, the cost for attending this tournament will be approx $500**
North Island SS Senior Water Polo Cup Div 2 - Auckland - 21-24 March 2026. Yrs 11-13

AIMS Water Polo (yr 7 and 8): September 7-11, 2026 - Mount Maunganui
**Please note that if you child is selected in this team, the cost for attending this tournament will be approx $600**
Fees: to be paid prior to season starting using Kindo
Uniform
Players can chose to wear their own togs, or purchase school branded togs.
U Shop are discontinuing these items in 2026, so we will have these items available for purchase from the sports office in 2026, at a discounted rate (more information will be sent out on this)
School will provide the caps to wear for games
