The boys football team had a great week at AIMS, representing our school with pride, and took home some excellent results.
They finished the pool stage 1st overall, and placed 23rd for the tournament, which was the top placement from the Waikato region.
We are proud to hear how passionate and respectful the boys team were, showing great sportsmanship and positive attitudes throughout the tournament.
Dublin Liu received the team's sportsmanship medal, and Shaakir Bester was the tournament MVP.
Thank you to all the parents who followed along and supported them, with a special mention to Rafiq Bester and Nic Bramston who gave up their time to stay with the team during the week. And thank you to Hayden and Duncan who also supported the team throughout the tournament.
