The check-up will include a comprehensive full mouth examination and may also involve X-rays, fluoride application, cleaning, or fissure sealants, if needed and with prior consent.
If you do not want your child to be seen on our school dental van please let us know by calling 07-8538145.
If your child requires further treatment we will contact you to arrange an appointment at our Fairfield Community dental clinic.
Please note: Consent forms will be sent home (by Oral Health Waikato) for parents/guardians to complete. If the consent form is not signed and returned, we will not be able to provide dental checks.
