This program offers an excellent opportunity for them to gain practical retail experience alongside working towards valuable Unit Standard credits.
Their initial induction included a thorough tour of the store, where they learned essential aspects such as health and safety standards, the operational intricacies of various departments, and the store's staff structure. Following this, each student was paired with a seasoned staff member for hands-on guidance.
We can't wait to see their development and achievements throughout the 10-week work experience placement.
