We’re seeking feedback to help shape how the Rototuna Town Centre develops in the future, aiming to guide the development of residential, commercial, transport and community spaces.
The Town Centre is the area between North City Road, Resolution Drive, and Borman Road, and is supported by Te Kete Aronui Library, Korikori Sports Park, Woolworths, and Rototuna Village.
We have engaged the community previously, and the feedback received was incorporated into Hamilton’s District Plan (our rulebook for development). Since our town centre has grown, it's time for an update.
