We are excited to announce the following additions to our RSHS school uniform:
School branded lava lava
Female cut shorts
Female cut long pants
Redesigned skirts both the longer and shorter version
New items will be rolled out throughout 2025; when they are ready.
Therefore, there will be a transition period where existing stock of all uniform items are phased out and are replaced by new uniform pieces. For all of 2025 and 2026, all existing or new RSHS uniform items can be purchased and worn by all RSHS students.
From 2027, all new students will be expected to purchase and wear new uniform items. Existing students can continue to wear all items until they need to be replaced. We believe we have accounted for enough uniform items to cover this transition period. However, should you have any issues in outfitting your student in correct uniform there are a few options available:
There is a selection of uniforms available second hand from our school reception.
You could hold off purchasing warmer options until needed e.g. once winter starts.
We encourage whānau to ensure they have enough uniform items, especially shirts/tops to get through the week, allowing for laundry days. An increasing number of students are coming to school without uniform shirts mid-week citing that their only uniform shirt "is still in the wash".
