HOCKEY REPS:
Following a hugely successful Hockey season for RHS, 12 of our RHS players have been rewarded with places in the following Northern Region U16 rep teams, as well as 2 of our RHS coaches, and 1 manager!

🏑 11-aside Teams will be heading to North Harbour from Saturday 27th Sept - Tuesday 30th September.
⚡ 5-aside Teams are off to Counties Manukau Saturday 27th Sept and Sunday 28th Sept.

Rebecca Smashes It at NZSS Weightlifting Champs! 🏋️♀️🏅
Rebecca Low competed in the New Zealand Secondary Schools Olympic Weightlifting Championships!
She walked away with the GOLD MEDAL, earning the title of NZ Secondary Schools Champion in the female U69kg bodyweight category! 🥇
It was a flawless day on the platform, going 6 for 6 with all her lifts — and hitting personal bests in both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk!
🔹 Snatch – 54kg, 57kg , 60kg (PB)
🔹 Clean & Jerk – 67kg ,70kg ,73kg (PB)
Total: 133kg – a 12kg increase from her last comp in June!
This huge improvement not only shows Rebecca’s incredible hard work and dedication, but it also means she’s now qualified for the Senior Nationals in November. 💪🔥

Congratulations to Noah Loto who was selected as part of the Waikato Rugby U16 squad. 👏🏼 👏🏼
Xavier Korewha has made it into the Waikato Rugby League team which is combining all the League clubs in the Waikato.
He will be travelling to Christchurch to play in the New Zealand National Rugby League on 22 September in a 3 day tournament.
