2025 has been a successful year so far for Year 8 student Kaila Lahana. Kaila has been dancing for varsity crew Kodak out of Groovit Studios, and her Trio VanDOLLize out of Graffiti Dance. In the recent term break, Kodak placed 2nd at Hip Hop International New Zealand which qualifies them to compete in July at the World Hiphop championships in Arizona, USA. VanDOLLize also placed 2nd in the NZ only division.
Kaila and her crew are gearing up for their Arizona competition at the end of July. We wish you all the best Kaila, we're incredibly proud of you and we'll be cheering all the way back here in NZ!
