As we know from our last update the team had won all their previous games and were facing Samoa in the final where they went on to win 4-0.
This victory at the tournament means they have now qualified for the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup in Morocco next year!!
Laura took over as captain of the team in both the Semi Final and Final when the starting captain was substituted and she also picked up the Golden Boot trophy for the top goal scorer at the tournament with 6 goals! This is an award she also picked up last year when she was part of the 2023 U16 team which won the same event in Tahiti.
