Students who attempted one or more of the Reading, Writing, Te Reo Torohū, Numeracy or Pāngarau standards digitally in May will be able to view their completed digital assessments through the MyNZQA student login when results are released (23 June for Reading and 20 July for other standards).
For students who may not have accessed completed examination papers through their MyNZQA student login before, information on how to download completed assessments can be found here - NZQA
From NZQA - Please make sure students are aware that markers do not leave comments, notations or other physical marks on assessments. As with returned scripts for end-of-year examinations, students will see questions and their responses only.
For privacy reasons, teachers and schools will not be able to access completed digital assessments directly, however students should share their assessments with teachers if they did not achieve a standard.
NZQA will not be able to return assessments that were completed on paper, as these are held and processed differently. Schools and kura keep PDF copies of assessments completed on paper and should return these to students on or after 23 June (for Reading) or 20 July (for other standards). Schools and kura can make arrangements for students who have left or transferred schools.
Similarly, we cannot return completed Literacy or Numeracy assessments where a student attempted both the Week 1 and Week 2 tasks, or any assessments where students began to respond digitally but switched to paper part-way through (schools should return a PDF of the portion completed on paper).
Completed digital assessments from Assessment Event 2 will be available from their results release dates until the end of the academic year.
