The ball is for Year 12 and 13 students.
Ticket sales for Year 13’s will go on sale first and then it will be opened up for Year 12’s after two weeks. Ticket sales for Year 13’s will commence Week 3 of Term 2. The cost of the ‘Early Bird’ tickets this year will be $105 per ticket.
From Week 5 tickets will be available at the same cost for Year 12’s. From week 7 ticket costs will be $115 per ticket. Unfortunately, many of our suppliers have raised their costs and we have had to pass this on, getting in early will mean both savings and security in getting a ticket.
For the last three years we have had to have a waiting list for tickets, so please get your tickets as soon as you are able.
Your student will only be eligible to purchase a ticket if they have 90% attendance, including Justified absences, right up until 10 days prior to the ball (Monday 22nd June). If a student has not met the 90% threshold but has already purchased a ticket, the ticket will be refunded and offered to a student on the waiting list.
Our dress code for the ball is ‘school appropriate’ formal. We are happy for families to decide what ‘school appropriate’ is.
We will endeavour to keep everyone who is planning to attend the ball well informed as the event draws closer. We are wanting to give you these details early so that students and families can begin their planning.
