A huge congratulations to our U15 Flag Football team who today were crowned Waikato/Bay of Plenty champions at the regional tournament 🏆🏆
The team won all of their games over the 8 round competition, and took out some really close games in the semi final and grand final! This win now sees them head to Wellington in June to compete at nationals for the region! If they win this they will then head to America to represent New Zealand at the flag football International Championships.
A huge thank you to Matt Trudell and Coach Pene for all of your hard work with the team and all the supporters today that cheered the team on. It was so great to see the team doing well and having a great time doing it!
