A quick reminder about our upcoming Whānau Conferences in Week 5, Term 4. These conferences are a great opportunity to reconnect, reflect on and celebrate your students' learning in Semester 2, and plan for any exams or extra ‘summer school’ workshops starting from Week 5 onwards.
Monday 3rd November: 1.30 - 5.30pm (last booking at 5.10 pm)
Tuesday 4th November: 1.30 - 7.00 pm (last booking at 6.40 pm)
Important update:
Due to the upcoming PPTA partial strike (Wednesday 5 November, 1.15–3.15 pm), we are unable to run conferences on Wednesday. If you have already booked for this time, please rebook another slot or email your student’s Whānau Teacher (their Kaiarahi) directly. To accommodate this change, we have extended the Monday conference times until 5.30 pm.
Whānau Teacher Janani McCarty was missing from the booking schedule earlier, but this has now been corrected. Families with students in Janani’s whānau can now book conference times as normal.
You can book a time with the Whānau Teacher through our usual School Interviews system:
Enter the code z6qjn and select 'Go'
Enter your email address, name, and your child's name
Select my name and 'Go' to choose your preferred time
Thank you for your flexibility with these changes. If none of the times available suit you please email your student’s Whānau Teacher (Kaiarahi) to arrange another time that works.
